The Diploma in Secretarial Management is designed to produce skillful, knowledgeable, and competent graduates in secretarial and administrative functions.

The program aims to develop graduates to be office practitioners that are able to work independently as well as in a team in order to assist any organizations to run smoothly, effectively and efficiently.

The Diploma in Secretarial Management provides knowledge and skills of effective administrators needed in organizations.

Entry Requirements

  • Option 1: Entry with Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Vokasional (SPM / SPMV)

  • Passed SPM / SPMV with 3 credits inclusive of:
    • Bahasa Melayu
    • English
    • Any other 1 subject
  • Obtained a pass in Mathematics
  • Option 2: Entry with Pre-Diploma / Certificate / Matriculation

  • Pass in Pre-Diploma / Certificate / Matriculation or any other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government
